Add new view modes for manual classification: OTHER_BMODE, OTHER_MMODE, OTHER_CW, OTHER_PW, OTHER_TDPW, OTHER_CLRW for images that do not fit in any other already defined categories.
Fix main region algorithm bug which incorrectly identifies Color Doppler regions.
